- Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay at Engage, apart from normal wear and tear. If any damage is found at time of check-in please contact Engage immediately to ensure that you will not be held liable for such damage.
- Upon payment guests agree to release Engage from liability for injury, damage or theft during their stay

- No refunds due to acts of God or Nature, however payments can be applied to a future stay.
